Whole Brain Catalog System Requirements

The Whole Brain Catalog can run on Windows, Mac, and Linux machines. Our basic requirements are as follows:

  • Java 1.5
  • Internet connection (11mbps)
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 2.6 Ghz Processor
  • 300 MB free disk space

Most video cards should work, but ideally, the computer should have a video card that has been tested, see the Hardware JME Compatibility List if you have any concerns. Note that several integrated intel video cards have problems with the Whole Brain Catalog.
